Shipping & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Aimee Vance / Revel Home Tech LLC DBA Revel Books. This policy explains how orders are shipped and under what circumstances refunds or replacements may be available.

1. Shipping Information

U.S. Shipping (USPS & UPS)

All U.S. orders are shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on package size, weight, and destination.

Processing Times

  • Most orders ship within 5 business days.

  • Preorders or special editions will list their own estimated ship dates.

  • Processing time does not include transit time.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS or UPS transit disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery speed is out of our control.

2. International Shipping

By Request Only

International shipping is available upon request and must be arranged through email prior to purchase at hello@aimeevancebooks.com

No Insurance Available

International packages cannot be insured, meaning:

  • We cannot replace lost, delayed, or damaged international packages.

  • We are not able to offer refunds if a package does not arrive.

By requesting international shipping, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

3. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

U.S. Orders

If your package is:

  • Lost – File a claim with USPS or UPS directly.

  • Stolen – Contact your local carrier office or file a mail theft report.

  • Damaged – Notify us within 5 days with clear photos so we can assist in determining next steps.

We will help where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement due to limited stock—especially for signed/personalized copies.

International Orders

Because international shipments cannot be insured, we cannot replace or refund any lost, stolen, or damaged international orders.

4. Return & Refund Policy

A. Signed, Personalized, or Custom Items

All sales of signed or personalized items are final. No returns or refunds.

This includes:

  • Signed paperbacks

  • Personalized inscriptions

  • Special editions

  • Custom bundles containing signed items

These items cannot be canceled once ordered.

B. Digital Products

Digital items are non-refundable, including:

  • Ebooks

  • Audiobooks

  • Bonus scenes

  • Extended epilogues

  • BookFunnel downloads

Once the file is delivered, it cannot be returned.

C. Physical Merchandise (Non-Personalized)

Non-personalized items may be eligible for replacement only if:

  • The item is defective, misprinted, or incorrect, AND

  • You email us within 5 days of delivery with photo evidence.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size or color chosen

  • Items damaged after arrival

  • Previously used items

Refunds are not available for merchandise unless required by law.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipped.

Orders that contain signed or personalized items cannot be canceled, even if they have not shipped.

6. Address Issues

Customers are responsible for entering accurate addresses.
If the address provided is incorrect:

  • We are not responsible for replacement or refund.

  • If the package is returned to us, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.
