Welcome to Aimee Vance / Revel Home Tech LLC DBA Revel Books (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, digital content, shop, and any services or materials we provide. By accessing this website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of This Website

By visiting this site, you agree:

  • You will not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to hack the site.

  • You will not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

All content on this website is protected by copyright and owned by Aimee Vance unless otherwise noted.

2. Book Purchases & Digital Downloads

You may purchase ebooks, signed paperbacks, audiobooks, merchandise, or digital bonuses through our store or third-party platforms.

Digital Purchases (Ebooks, Bonus Material, Epilogues)

  • Delivered via BookFunnel (or similar service).

  • You are granted a single, non-transferable license for personal use only.

  • You may not share, upload, distribute, or resell digital files.

  • If you lose access, BookFunnel support can assist in redelivery.

Signed Paperbacks & Physical Goods

  • Orders are processed within [X] business days unless otherwise stated (e.g., preorders).

  • You agree to provide accurate shipping information.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

  • Lost/damaged package handling will follow the policies of the carrier and/or your local postal service.

3. Preorders

Preorder dates and shipping windows are estimates and may change due to production or publishing delays.
If a delay occurs, customers will be notified via email. Preorders cannot be canceled after the order has been submitted unless legally required.

4. Refunds & Returns

Digital Products

Digital purchases (ebooks, audiobooks, bonus scenes, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered.

Physical Products

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, and

  • A claim is submitted within 5 days of delivery.

  • We do not accept returns for personalized/signed items.

5. ARC & ALC Terms (If Provided)

If you receive an Advanced Reader Copy (ARC) or Advanced Listener Copy (ALC):

  • You may not share or distribute the file.

  • You may not upload it to any website, piracy forum, or file-sharing service.

  • You are not required to leave a review, but honest reviews are appreciated.

  • You may quote from the ARC only after the book’s official publication unless provided explicit permission.

Violation may result in loss of ARC access for future releases.

6. Newsletter & Marketing Communications

When you subscribe to the newsletter or request a bonus scene/epilogue:

  • You agree to receive emails from us, including book updates, promotions, and bonus content.

  • You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email.

  • Email delivery is handled through trusted third parties (e.g., Mailchimp, BookFunnel).

We never sell your email address.

7. User Accounts (If Applicable)

If the website supports login accounts, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Keep your login credentials confidential.

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for errors, outages, or website interruptions.

  • We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse of digital products or failure to follow download instructions.

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
